New Patients

As a new patient of West Meon Surgery, you will be offered a ‘New Patient Check’ appointment with the Practice Nurse or Clinical Technician.

This appointment allows us to get to know you and is especially important if you have repeat medication.

You will not be able to order repeat medication from us until you have had this appointment.

As a patient you are responsible for your own medication. When registering with us, please make sure you have enough medication from your current provider to ensure you do not run out whilst we welcome you to West Meon Surgery.
