Our Team

Dr Harris is the Senior Partner at West Meon Surgery and oversees both the business and clinical sides of the surgery.

Dr Morgan joined us in 2024 to complete his last year of training and is now working as a salaried GP.

Dr Haider is a former A&E consultant and sports medic who has previously done locum work for us and has now joined as a salaried GP.

Jane joined us in January 2023. She has worked in the NHS for 20 years. Previously she managed international graduate recruitment and a UK Head of HR.

Ciarán is the Deputy Practice Manager and works as a Care Coordinator alongside Katie and Lou. He previously worked as a Healthcare Assistant.

Katie became our Practice Nurse in 2025 and has a passion for wound care. She works alongside the broader clinical team to ensure patients are given the highest standard of care.

Louise previously worked in the dispensary but trained as a HCA in 2025. She is a talented phlebotomist and enjoys working alongside the Practice Nurse.

Cody joined us as HCA in 2025. She delivers blood tests, ECGs, NHS Health Checks, vaccinations and works within the clinical team alongside the Practice Nurse.

Georgie provides support to our patients, helping them with social, medical and interpersonal queries.

Amie joined us over a decade ago as a delivery driver and has worked her way up to now managing the dispensary.

Becci joined us in 2025 having been in her previous role for over 20 years. She works alongside Amie and Tracey in the dispensary.

Tracey joined us in 2026 and works alongside Amie and Tracey in the dispensary.

Katie became our Practice Nurse in 2025 and has a passion for wound care. She works alongside the broader clinical team to ensure patients are given the highest standard of care.

Vicky is the newest member of our team having taken over from Carol on reception after she moved into a new role in mid 2026.

Rosemarie has worked with us for many years and enjoys her role as part of the reception team.
