As the workload and expectation of general practice continues to grow, we have had to make some changes to the way that we handle private work.

From 1^st June 2025, all payments for private/non-NHS work will be taken up front.

Private work can take upwards of 28-days after receipt of payment and the surgery will contact you when your documents are ready.

We understand that urgency is often important when it comes to medical matters and will always strive to do what we can to be flexible.

We believe these changes are necessary to allow our doctors to continue to focus on delivering NHS services to the local community.
