Re-introducing wearing masks at West Meon Surgery

From Monday 06 January 2025, due to the increased incidence of acute respiratory infections in the community, we are re-introducing Universal Mask wearing for clinical staff and any member of the team who is in contact with patients.  From this date, we would ask that any patient and their relative  attending with respiratory-like illness should wear a face covering or mask, if they can, when in the surgery building.

We hope that once the winter is over and the prevalence of respiratory infections reduces,  we can remove the need to wear masks in the surgery.  We have a small number of face masks in our entrance lobby for patients who forget to bring a face covering to their appointment.
